Main functional duties:
- monitoring and analysis of legislative amendments in the fields of economic, tax, customs, corporate and labor law;
- preparation of analytical reports, conclusions and recommendations;
- development, analysis and approval of contracts, support of contract work;
- interaction with international and Ukrainian partners, state organizations;
- legal support of business activities of enterprises;
- analysis, preparation and adjustment of business contracts, additional agreements, other agreements, protocols for reconciliation of disagreements, etc.
