What tasks are waiting for you:

• Performance of claim and lawsuit work for the collection of receivables arrears under contracts for the provision of telecommunication services and other property and non-property disputes for the protection of the rights and interests of the Company.
• Representation of the interests of the Company in the bodies of the State executive service of Ukraine, law enforcement bodies, other bodies of state executive power and local self-government, including, but not limited to, fiscal, tax, customs and other bodies that regulate economic activity in general and in the field of telecommunications, as well as protection of the Company's interests in courts .
• Performance of legal examination of draft contracts received from counterpartiesfor compliance with current legislation, assessment of legal risks for the Company; providing proposals for draft contracts in order to avoid risks.
• Participation in negotiations with counterparties and employees of other divisions of the Company regarding the coordination of the terms of draft contracts and concluded contracts.
• Preparation of answers and legal references to requests structural subdivisions of the Company regarding the application of the norms of current legislation.
• Monitoring of regulatory legal acts relating to economic activity Companies.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Higher legal education;
• Experience in the industry at least 4 years;
• Availability of a valid certificate of the right to practice law;
• Be a confident PC user (Microsoft Office: (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) ;
• Knowledge LIGA ZAKON, SAP will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level;
• Responsibility, attention and focus.
