REQUIREMENTS:

• full or basic higher education in managerial, economic or legal fields of study (master's, specialist or bachelor's);
• work experience in the field of personnel at least 2 years;
• excellent knowledge of labor legislation and the rules of personnel administration;
• working skills in Microsoft Office, 1C.8.

KEY DUTIES:

Maintenance of personnel records of the territorial branch of the enterprise:

• registration of orders on acceptance, dismissal and transfer of employees;
• registration of orders on the granting of vacations of all types;
• registration of orders on business trips of employees;

• registration of work books;
• maintenance of a journal of registration of work books;
• checking of time sheets employees;
• data entry in 1C: ZUP;
• participation in drafting job instructions;
• formation of internal reporting.
