Leading Expert of the Cost Control Sector (Department of Finance) in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are currently looking for a Leading Cost Control Sector Expert

Your future functional:

• support of the SAP R/3 automated system, CO module (control of the correctness of the display of costs and investments; creation and maintenance of locations; closing of the period; creation of PFM and financial positions, setting of rules derivations, entering information into materials/services cards;
• preparation of reports in the form of a plan - the fact of OPEX and CAPEX analysis based on the data of the SAP system on the actual costs per month in terms of departments responsible for planning Implementation of a detailed analysis of actual costs by articles, projects;
• coordination and control of the budget process with other structural divisions of the Bank involved in the process of planning the Bank's administrative costs and capital investments;
• creating in the SAP CO-order system for ATMs/cars/investment real estate/clients, corporate work-out and maintenance of tables in an up-to-date state;
• participation in the development and implementation of consistent control of execution methodologies, provisions and procedures related to the organization of the bank's work in the SAP R/3 system and the functioning of the Management Accounting and Business Analysis Department;
• providing methodological and advisory support to the Bank's divisions regarding issues of work in the SAP system, as well as other issues related to the activities of the Sector.

Our candidate has:

• higher economic education;
• experience of analytical work from 2 years in financial department;
• ability to work with a large amount of data in Excel;
• knowledge of SAP, working with the module "Active budget control", preferably Power BI;
• level of English Intermediate languages.
