Leading engineer of the technical information protection department in Ukrayinski specialni sistemi, DP

The state enterprise "Ukrainian special systems", which provides secure government communication, cyber protection and digital security of state information resources, invites to its team a leading engineer of the technical information protection department.

DUTIES:

• creation of complex systems of information protection (KSZI) of automated systems of class "1", "2", "3";
• development of technical tasks for the creation of KSZI; of information
  (TRI);
• development of technical requirements for software and software and hardware tools according to TRI criteria within the framework of state expertise; their means of information protection in the framework of conducting state examinations according to the criteria of TKI; conducting state expert examinations according to the criteria of TKI;
• testing of software and software and hardware tools, KSHI of automated systems in accordance with the developed and agreed upon programs and methods of expert tests, drawing up protocols for test results;
• formation based on the test results of recommendations to the developers of CSZI, software and software and hardware information protection tools regarding the elimination of defects discovered during expert tests;
• development expert opinions on the compliance of the KSZI of automated systems, software and software and hardware information protection tools with the normative documents of the TZI system of Ukraine, technical tasks and requirements, as well as other work performed by the TZI department within the framework of orders and orders of the Enterprise's management;
• execution of control and technical supervision of compliance with the quality, scope of construction and completed works in accordance with technical projects and technical conditions;
• maintenance of appropriate documentation on issues within his competence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• complete higher professional education;
• work experience in a specialty of 2 years or more;
• work experience in government institutions, organizations will be an advantage;
• fluency oral and written Ukrainian language;
• digital literacy;
• high level of responsibility and attention to details;
• ability to work in a team and make decisions.
