What you will need to do:

• Ensuring compliance with labor safety rules and regulations in catering establishments.
• Controlling compliance with fire safety rules and taking appropriate measures to prevent fires.

• Development and updating of documentation necessary for the operation of food establishments.
• Conducting audits to verify compliance with occupational safety and fire safety requirements.
• Control of implementation of recommendations and corrective measures for increasing the level of safety in catering establishments.

The position also provides for the possibility of business trips to Dnipro.

• Knowledge of occupational safety norms and rules in public catering establishments.
• Understanding fire safety rules in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
• Experience in developing the necessary documentation for operation catering establishments.
• Experience in conducting audits and monitoring the implementation of corrective measures in catering establishments, from 3 years.
