ResponsibilitiesFormation in coordination with other units of project revenue and expense parts of the enterprise budget (including cost, budgets by expense items, budgets of activities and divisions, etc.); Forecasting the financial results of the enterprise's activities; Formation of monthly and quarterly reports on the implementation of the enterprise budget; Participation in the formation of pricing; Calculation of planned cost; Analysis of actual cost in terms of structure and influencing factors; Preparation of monthly management reporting on cost; Formation of management reporting for users and management; Conducting point-by-point financial and economic analyzes of projects for the implementation of changes in technological, marketing, procurement and other processes; Analysis of the volumes of planned purchases in accordance with the planned volumes of production and sales; Control of purchases in accordance with the planned volumes and regulatory balances of stocks - approval of purchase applications; Analysis of the rationality of the use of material, labor and financial resources; Preparation of proposals for the optimization of business processes. Requirements for the candidate Higher education in the relevant professional field; Experience of working as a leading economist, economist, financial analyst, business analyst or essentially similar duties of the Experience working in pharmaceutical companies, as well as in companies with foreign investments will be an advantage; Ability to analyze and interpret financial and economic information, work with large amounts of information; Knowledge of the essence of accounting operations and documents, understanding of the basic principles of ERP systems; Knowledge of 1C: UVP (formation of reports according to to the management task, analysis of directories (nomenclature, counterparties, etc.); Excel: (analysis of arrays of information, financial, statistical formulas, summary tables); Medok (work with reports on the implementation of the financial plan); Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate or Pre-Intermediate level.
