We are looking for an experienced and creative professional who not only knows how to conquer algorithms, but is also able to create content that attracts attention and turns clicks into results .

Our audience is experienced managers and owners business This is one of the most difficult and demanding audiences. That is why we need a person who has creative potential and is able to offer what our clients really need!

Our clients are located outside of Ukraine, in international markets, so we conduct a dialogue with them in English and Russian.

Who do we need?

• Experience : 5+ years in digital marketing.
• Expertise: Knowledge of CTR, CPC, ROAS indicators and methods of their optimization.
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Creativity: Ability to write engaging content and work with visual tools.
• Social Media: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, experience writing content plans and experimenting with formats.
• Advertising: Skills set up targeted advertising and use modern audience engagement tools.
• Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Yandex.Direct, Meta Ads tools.
• Personal qualities: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, analytical mindset.< /li>
• Additional advantages: Knowledge of the basics of SEO, experience with PPC advertising and animated content.

What do we expect from you?

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company and its products in social networks and digital channels.
• Creating a content strategy, writing texts, creating creatives and advertising materials.
• Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Yandex).
• Management company pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Market monitoring, trend analysis, report preparation and campaign performance tracking.
• Improving user experience on the site through design and functionality optimization.

Goal positions:

• Ensure growth of targeted traffic, improvement of behavioral indicators and increasing the number of lead generation.
• Automation of business processes and scaling of traffic channels.
• Introduction of new digital tools and analysis of the effectiveness of their use.
• Coordination of team work, task setting, performance control.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, conducting and optimization marketing campaigns.
• Generation of unique content: articles, posts, slogans, videos and animated content.
• Coordination of work with contractors and the team.
• Creation of promotional materials , presentations, landing pages.
• Tracking keyof KPIs (traffic, conversions, sales) and preparation of reports.
• Scaling of traffic channels, attraction of new tools.
• Monitoring of competitor activity and analysis of market trends.
