We Extreme Pride are a distribution company that has been specializing in the import and promotion of high-quality home appliances and electronics for over 12 years. Over the past few years, our portfolio has grown from one brand GoPro to more than 20 brands of equipment in a wide variety of areas. Now we are an official dealer in Ukraine of such well-known brands as GoPro, Shark, Ninja, Midea and others.

We are looking for new potential and innovative products, we are actively developing several sales lines, we are working on an ambitious project to launch our own brand, we recently opened a company in Europe.

In in connection with this, we are expanding and looking for a range development manager for the team.

Tasks , which we will entrust to you:

• Analysis of the company’s brand portfolio;
• In-depth market analysis ;
• Search for potentially interesting products/brands for business;
• Negotiations with suppliers;
• Development of the concept of introducing new products to the market;
• Protection of the project of a new brand within the company;
• Conclusion of contracts;
• Control of the start of sales.

Wishes for the future colleague:

• High level of command of English;
• Experience in the positions of brand/category manager, project manager, development manager, business development manager (bdm) (in the field of technology);
• Analytical skills;
• Negotiation and deal-making skills;
• Data presentation and visualization skills;
• Deep understanding of the market - knowledge of trends , competitive environment and consumer needs.
