Functional duties:

• Administration of servers, services;
• 2nd line of support;

• Ensuring continuous operation of the company's IT services, the company's PSU;

• Participation in IT infrastructure development projects.

Basic requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position for 5 years or more.
• Experience of working with DFSR, AON, DAG, Cisco ISE, with virtualization systems VmWare, HyperV; backup systems (Veeam) and monitoring systems Zabbix, Veeam ONE;
• Experience in working and maintaining RDS terminal farms;
• Understanding what SLA, ServiceDesk, ITIL, DRP, RTO, RPO;
• Knowledge of MS SQL, optimization for high loads, 1C needs, search for weak points;
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016-2022, Windows client OS 10-11, AD, DNS, GPO, PKI, Exchange, PowerShell, scripting, task automation;
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, understanding of the model OSI;
• Experience with WSUS, WDS, IIS, MBAM, DHCP, NPS, working with Linux, Zimbra, Apache, Nginx, FTP, Docker, writing bash scripts;
• Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge, Unity, DataDomain server hardware;

• Category B driver's license, willingness to travel.
