Main tasks:

• entering into the information system and keeping up-to-date planned accruals to the Company's employees;
• calculation and forecasting of planned labor costs, participation in annual budgeting (calculation of labor costs by allocated categories of personnel), analysis of the use of the wage fund;
• participation in the salary review process;
• support of personnel bonus programs: control of compliance with established conditions, procedures and terms of personnel bonuses, calculation of monthly bonuses;
• drafting and support of labor contracts, civil law contracts, gig contracts. Calculation of remuneration according to the relevant contracts of the Company's employees;
• development and administration of variable schedules and employee exit schedules;
• formation and maintenance of a salary database in the information system;
• compilation of analytical reports on salaries and staffing;
• formulation of technical tasks for automating processes in the direction of wages, compensations and benefits.
