Leading civil defense engineer in Ukrposhta

Main responsibilities: Planning of activities on CG and PB issues; Control over the activities of regional units and providing them with methodical assistance in organizing work according to the field of activity ;Determining the need for individual and collective protective equipment;Keeping records of the protective structures of the central defense system (SSCZ);Organization and implementation of control of the state of the social security system;Analysis of the state of the central security system and PB of the Company and preparation of proposals for improving the system of central security and PB in the region;Control over the planning and conducting of exercises and trainings in the field of fire prevention and fire control; Fire record keeping; Preparation and submission of reports by activity according to the table; Support of officials of state supervision (control) in the field of fire protection and fire prevention during their scheduled/unscheduled inspections. The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Has a higher education; knows the legislation and regulatory documents in the field of civil protection, including of fire safety; Able to analyze the state of civil protection (CZ) and fire safety (PB), including on the basis of a risk-oriented approach; Develops proposals for the improvement of the central control system, the PB management system and the fire protection complex; Is able to keep records of fire fighting systems and fire extinguishing means, means of individual and collective protection; Has experience in communication with state supervision (control) bodies in the field of central control and PB, state administrations and local self-government bodies; Has experience in conducting inspections of buildings and structures regarding compliance with the requirements of CG and PB; Previous work experience in the structure of the State Emergency Service (MNES) of Ukraine (advantage) and/or in the field of design or operation of fire protection systems, construction; Purposefulness, communication, punctuality.
