Basic responsibilities` links:

• Planning of activities on the issues of the Center of Social Affairs and PB;
• Control over the activities of regional divisions and providing them with methodical assistance in organizing work according to the field of activity;
• Determining the need for individual and collective protection means;
• Keeping records of protective structures of the center of defense (ZSCZ) and PB of the Society and preparation of proposals for improvement of the HC and PB system in the region;
• Control over the planning and conducting of exercises and trainings on HC and PB issues;
• Fire accounting;

• Preparation and submission of reports by activity according to the Table;
• Support of officials of state supervision (control) in the sphere of central control and PB during their scheduled/unscheduled inspections.

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Has a higher education;
• Knows legislation and regulatory documents in the field of civil protection, including fire safety;
• Able to analyze the state of civil protection (CS) and fire safety (PB), including on the basis of a risk-oriented approach;
• Develops proposals for improving the CS, system PB management and the fire protection complex;
• Knows how to keep records of fire-fighting systems and fire-extinguishing means, means of individual and collective protection;
• Has experience in communication with state supervision (control) bodies in the field of central control and PB, state administrations and local self-government bodies;
• Has experience in conducting inspections of buildings and structures for compliance to the requirements of CZ and PB;
• Previous work experience in the structure of the State Emergency Service (MESS) of Ukraine (advantage) and/or in the field of design or operation of fire protection systems, construction;
• Determination, sociability , punctuality.
