Right now we are looking for a Lead Civil Defense Engineer >

Main duties:

• Planning of activities on CG and PB issues
• Control over the activities of regional units and providing them with methodical assistance in organizing work in the field of activity< /li>
• Determining the needs for individual and collective protection means
• Keeping records of the protective structures of the central defense system (ZSZZZ)
• Organization and implementation of control of the state of the ZZZZZ, proposals for improving the system of the ZSZZ and PB in region
• Control over the planning and conducting of exercises and trainings on issues of CZ and PB
• Fire accounting
• Preparation and submission of reports by activity according to the Table

The successful candidate meets the following requirements :

• Higher education
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory documents in the field of civil protection, including fire safety
• Skills for analyzing the state of civil protection (CZ ) and fire safety (PB), including on the basis of a risk-oriented approach
• Skills in developing proposals for improving the fire safety management system and the fire protection complex
• Keeping records of fire protection systems and fire-extinguishing means, means of individual and collective protection
• Experience of communication with state supervision (control) bodies in the field of fire prevention and control, state administrations and local self-government bodies
• Experience of conducting inspections of buildings and structures regarding compliance with the requirements of CZ and PB
• Experience in using regulatory documentation in the direction
