The Commercial Department team is currently looking for an ambitious A leading category manager ready to lead key projects.

If you want to work with advanced analytical tools, innovate and manage the most desired children's toys across the country, this is the opportunity for you!

< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Thes that will stand before you:

  • Analyze the market, competitors and consumers to identify new trends and forecast changes.
  • Develop a strategy for the development of product lines: form assortment matrices, define key categories of products and brands.
  • Implement a pricing system and control the margin.
  • Plan and implement key financial and commercial indicators: purchase budgets, planned turnover, sales.
  • Develop strategies for promoting B2B and B2C channels.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers to improve cooperation conditions and with key customers.
  • Participation in the development of marketing programs: ATL and BTL activities.

So, if you have:

  • Proficient in Excel, 1C
  • Skills in working with business analytics tools (PowerBI, Qlick, etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Experience in working with an assortment: formation of product matrices, development of new product lines
  • Experience in planning financial indicators: purchase budgets, planned turnover, margin
  • Ability to work with pricing and activity planning
  • Analytical mindset, focus, responsibility
  • High level of independence and initiative,
