Basic responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining processes in the area of ​​risks for products of business clients and retail lending; interaction with IT and business areas
• Analysis of the customer's business needs
• Identification of the customer's requirements for the future product or process (communication with interested parties - developers, customers, end users)
• Systematization and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements (FR/NFR), and decides how the system/process/product will work
• System behavior modeling and solution design using BPMN/UML notations, and also, if necessary, create “initial” layouts/mockups/wireframes of the interface system
• Presentation of requirements/solutions to the system
• Performing analysis of problem areas and making proposals for improving business processes for new credit products
• Creation of necessary project documentation for entrusted projects and monitors adherence to project deadlines, development and updating of decision-making methods
• Writing technical documentation necessary for project management and product delivery to the customer (instructions, technical tasks , specifications)
• Maintaining the project/process/technology description, history of changes and versions, confluence testing reports
• Preparation of information for audits and regulators
• Decomposition of tasks, transfer to development teams, involvement of necessary departments and control of execution
• Formation of data for analysis
• Development of hypotheses regarding the impact of indicators on the NPL of the loan portfolio
• Conducting system testing before handing over to the customer; analysis of errors, failures and their causes in the operation of systems with further determination of actions to prevent them?

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (system analysis, economics, management, finance and others)
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics or building business processes, in particularin the SME/retail segment
• General concepts of software architecture
• Tools for modeling business processes, data, infrastructure, understanding the principles of working with APIs
• Ability to visualize processes by using UML/BPMN
• Experience in implementing and improving processes
• Ability to create presentations to visualize ideas and results
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Ability to conduct system analysis of processes and form technical tasks
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
