About the position:

We are expanding the implementation team of the IT-Enterprise ERP system and we are looking for an experienced Lead Analyst who is ready to take responsibility for architectural solutions and project management. Our goal is the digital transformation of business processes and the creation of an effective ecosystem for large enterprises.

Analysis and design:

• Analysis of business processes of enterprises (accounting / finance / sales / procurement)

• Formation of business models in the relevant areas

• Design of architectural solutions on the IT-Enterprise platform

• Writing technical tasks and setting tasks for developers

• Description of integrations of the ERP system with external systems (for example, 1C)

• Participation in the development and scaling of ERP solutions

Project management and by the team:

• Management of the ERP system implementation project

• Planning and control of work execution

• Communication with the Customer

• Team management and task control

Requirements for technical skills:

1. Knowledge architecture and functionality of ERP systems

2. Experience of technical discussions with architects and developers

3. Knowledge of BPMN, experience of building UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, functional diagrams

4. Understanding the principles of building software architecture

5. Experience of description interfaces and integrations between systems

6. Experience in Agile-methodology
