Main tasks:

• Development of new (identification of stages, sequence of actions, participants, customers, building a model in BPMN notation, description of steps) processes using the ARIS tool adopted by NEC "Ukrenergo". their redundancies, inadequacies, inconsistencies with regulatory documents and/or company goals, opportunities for integration, value creation and change planning.
• Provide owners and technologists with initiatives/proposals to improve process efficiency.
• Model, analyze, develop proposals for cross-functional and cross-functional processes, as well as coordinate their interaction and functioning within process management.
• Participate in projects on process automation and other projects that involve and require expertise within the functioning of process management.
• Perform process reengineering.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education in technical and/or economic and/or IT and/or management training (bachelor or master).
• Completion of courses in business analysis and business process management (Business Process Management) or training in modeling business processes in BPMN 2.0 notation.
• Experience in modeling, reengineering and analysis of processes in BPMN notation for at least 5 years.
• Experience using business process modeling tools (BPMN 2.0): ARIS, Bizagi Modeler, Signavio, Camunda Modeler, Enterprise Architect (or similar).
• Knowledgeknowledge of MS Excel (confident user), MS Word, MS PowerPoint. Power BI is desirable.
• Experience with electronic document management systems will be an advantage:
  (Askod, SharePoint or similar).
• English language - level not lower than B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
