We are looking for an accountantfor calculations with employees

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher economic education (specialty: accounting and auditing, economics, finance, etc.)
• Experience in a specialty of at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of: accounting (advantage - according to international accounting standards, but not mandatory), tax legislation, automated accounting systems (1C: Enterprise, SAP), MS Office (Word, Excel: ability to create tables, summary tables), M.E.Doc, Outlook, etc.

DUTIES : 

• Keeping records of wages, settlements with employees.
• Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports submitted to tax authorities, The Department of Social Protection of the Population within the terms established by the law:
  - Tax calculation of the amounts of income accrued (paid) for the benefit of taxpayers - natural persons, and the amounts of tax withheld from them, as well as the amounts of the accrued single contribution (reportable).
  - Calculation of expenses for the payment of compensation and the provision of benefits to citizens who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster.
  - Payment report compensations, assistance and benefits to citizens who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster.
  - Compilation of a statistical report on salary arrears: 3-Debt "Report on salary arrears".
  - Compilation of reports on deductions made and payments under executive letters according to the form established by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Report on the implementation of deductions and payments).
• Formation and submission to the PFU of applications-calculations for obtaining funding based on sick leave.
• Formation of salary certificates at the request of employees for foreign trips, declarations, subsidy, loan etc.
  Formation and submission to the PFU of notifications on the payment of funds to insured persons on disability certificates.
• Preparation summary data on salary expenses for their inclusion in financial reporting and the compilation of separate forms for submitting quarterly reporting for the management apparatus and the Company as a whole.

TERMS OF WORK:

• Work in Kyiv Comfortable office in Kontraktova Square area.
• Full employment.
• Working schedule: Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fri. 8:00-15:45
• Social package: health insurance, compensation of part of the cost of rest/recuperation, assistance at the birth of a child, etc. d.
