duty Languages:

• Organization of workflow of primary documents: control of timeliness, correctness and completeness of receipt; 
• Accrual, control and analysis of reserves to cover costs; 
• Control of payments with services: analysis of receivables and accounts payable; 
• Accounting for fixed assets; 
• Calculation of rent, compensation for utilities and accounting, preparation of primary documents; 
• Consultations and methodological assistance to accounting accounting for costs and reserves; 
• compliance with the requirements for timely closure of the reporting period (month); 
• Reporting: statistical and tax; 
• Calculation of land and real estate, environmental tax; 
• Participation in the company audit and tax audits; 
• Participation in the agreement of contract documentation; 
• compliance with the requirements of legislation and internal procedures of the company; 
• accounting and tax accounting of LLC service (one of the companies of the group); 
• Development of provisions, orders to display company costs in accounting

Requirements:

• minimum 3 years of experience Retail work, fixed assets, management and cost analysis;
• Higher vocational education (accounting and audit); 
• Knowledge of accounting provisions (standards), IFRS; 
• Knowledge of accounting of fixed assets and low value non -current tangible assets, IFRS 16; 
• excellent knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, including accounting of foreign economic activity; 
• Understanding the process of compiling statistical and tax reporting: VAT, income tax, land tax, real estate tax; 
• ability to work quickly and carefully with a large amount of information; 
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage; 
• A confident PC user: MS Excel, Medoc, on time, Google Docs; 
• Knowledge of English - intermediate; 
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with contractors and colleagues; 
• The ability to learn quickly, literacy, care for details, honesty, energy, sociability, initiative
