About the team:

The Prom.ua project unites more than 350 specialists who work every day on its effectiveness and development. Currently, the strategic task of the project is verticalization, concentration on priority categories of goods and their development.

Therefore, we are currently looking for an expert with experience in the "Home and Garden" category", which is ready to take on the role of leader of this category in e-commerce. This is a new role in the project, the main task of which is to form an action plan for the development of the category "Home and Garden" and implement it effectively

Important Prom only has goods our customers-sellers and we do not plan to start our own products.

This role involves closecooperation with teams of development, marketing, moderation, commercial department. In the future, it is possible to build your own team for the development of the assigned category.

For this role, it is important:

  • category/area development experience in large retail (preferably in e-commerce), responsibility for the growth of specific metrics
  • management experience - managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • deep understanding of online sales tools, marketplaces, SEO, content strategies and analytics
  • ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales< /li>
  • ability to analyze the market, sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions
  • ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively
  • focus on achieving KPIs, increasing conversion and average check, and improving customer experience
  • ability quickly adapt to changes and be able to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty
  • proactive approach to solving difficulties

Tasks:

  • developing and implementing a strategy to increase sales of the assigned category, including defining key products, pricing strategies and approaches to the assortment on the marketplace Important - only the products of our client-sellers are available on Prom and we do not plan to start our own products< /li>
  • analysis of the market and competitive environment on an ongoing basis to identify new opportunities for category development, understand trends and adapt strategies to achievement leadership
  • organization of team work, setting goals, control of results
  • optimizing the assortment, working on its renewal and improvement, adding new products and removing low-profitable products, in order to improve the overall results of the category
  • development and implementation of marketing campaigns: coworks with the marketing team to launch promotions, promotions and other activities aimed at increasing sales
  • monitoring and analysis of key indicators, such as sales volume, market share, profitability and other KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the strategy and timely adjustment of approaches
  • category budget control, cost optimization and ensuring compliance with planned profitability indicators
  • close cooperation with teams of development, marketing, moderation, commercial department
  • sales analysis and of demand for creating forecasts, planning order volumes
