Leading supply manager in VEKA Ukrayina, TOV

The international company "VEKA Ukraine" invites a leading supply (purchasing) manager.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in the field of procurement in a manufacturing company;
• higher education;
• experienced PC user, knowledge of the SAP program - welcome;
• English language level not lower than confident average, German is desirable;
< li style="font-weight: 400">residence on the left bank of Kyiv or the city of Brovary.

Responsibilities:

• formation of orders and control of warehouse stocks for finished products from subsidiary companies;
• work with national and international suppliers of packaging, consumables for production, as well as component goods (negotiations, comparing commercial offers, placing orders and monitoring their fulfillment);
• formation of monthly and annual purchase plans;
• compilation of shipment schedules;
• documentation of supplies of materials to the warehouse;
• document flow when processing complaints;< /li>
• maintenance of supplier database;
• maintenance of nomenclature database;
• participation in the inventory of raw materials, products and consumables, processing of inventory data.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30, Sat-Sun weekend;
• competitive salary level according to the results of the interview;
• travel compensation or transportation around Brovary;
• the Company's office and production are located in the town of Kalynivka, Brovarsky district (3 km from Brovary)
