Lead software engineer for Web and Desktop development

• Participate in business research work, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing.
• Recording user stories/requirements, deciding how to approach tasks, and develop a plan for them execution.
• Write functional and test code, automate build and deployment, and/or perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of software tools.
• ? Participate in preliminary technical research in the development process and solve key technical problems in the product development process.
• ? Management of the software development team, setting the strategy and monitoring the progress in achieving the goals.
• Designing the application architecture, breaking down the system into components, interaction of components and interfaces; decide on technologies and resources that will be used for its development and implementation.
• Participation in solving technical issues after product implementation.

Qualification required:

• Computer Science major, Bachelor's degree or higher required, Master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of web development. Knowledge of modern frameworks for front-end and back-end development. Work in one or more frameworks. Java programming skills and knowledge of the SpringBoot framework are preferred.
• Ability to develop a desktop. Knowledge of modern frameworks for front-end and back-end development. Python programming skills and knowledge of the PyQt framework (PySide) are preferred.
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, responsibility.

Duties:

1. Participate in the company’s business-related research and development work, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing throughout.
2. Capture user stories/requirements, decide how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
3. Write both functional and test code, automate build and deployment, and/or performe unit, integration, and endtoend testing of the software tools.
4. Participate in technical pre-study in the development process and solve key technical problems in the product development process.
5. Manage team of software developers, set strategy and monitor progress towards goals.
6. Design architecture of applications, breakdown system into components, component interactions and interfaces; decide on the technologies and resources to be used in its design and implementation.
7. Participate in the resolution of technical issues after product implementation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Specialized in Computer Science, Bachelor’s Degree or higher required, Master’s Degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in web development. Knowledge of modern frameworks for front-end and back-end development. Expertise in one or more frameworks. Java programming skills and SpringBoot framework knowledge preffered.
3. Proficiency in desktop development. Knowledge of modern frameworks for front-end and back-end development. Python programming skills and PyQt (PySide) framework knowledge preffered.
4. Good communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
