Lead/Senior Data Scientist in Addepto

We are looking for an experienced  Lead/Senior Data Scientist  to join our team. This role will focus on developing and optimizing advanced Machine Learning models and leading the delivery of AI projects. The position requires a strong consulting approach, as you will be actively engaged in client-facing projects.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in AI roles (Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, MLOps, Data Engineering).
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions using  Python.
• High proficiency in  English (at least C1 level) is necessary.
• Strong  consulting experience with excellent communication and client management skills, including prior experience directly interacting with clients as a consultant.
• Proven track record of  leading AI projects  from initial stages to deployment in production environments, coupled with proficiency in project planning methodologies and driving continuous improvements.
• Proven expertise in implementing and deploying solutions in cloud environments (with a preference for Azure and AWS).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker is highly desirable,
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.
