We are looking for a strategic and experienced Lead of Recruiting Research Team to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts.

 

Role Overview:

 

The Lead of Recruiting Research Team will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our research-driven recruitment strategies. This role involves leading a team of recruiting researchers to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates across various disciplines. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in talent acquisition research, data analysis, and strategic planning.

 

Requirements:

 

- Knowledge of IT-recruiting domain

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment

- Intermediate or higher English level

 

Would be a plus:

 

- Experience with ATS

- Creative approach to life

Responsibilities:

 

  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiting researchers.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement research strategies to identify talent trends, target new talent pools, and improve sourcing methods.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies, track key performance metrics, and optimize the hiring process.
  • Candidate Identification: Develop and execute innovative approaches to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to understand talent needs and align research efforts with organizational goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve the recruiting research process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
