We are looking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer at Design and Test Lab on the existing projects and processes for further improving this!

Important for us:

1. 7+ years of solid experience in manual QA testing with at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
2. Experience in implementing QA processes on projects and Change Management.
3. Advanced written and fluent spoken English.
4. Initiative and proactiveness.
5. Problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
6. Ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback.
7. Critical thinking: ability to analyze from different perspectives, identify pros and cons, know constraints and opportunities.
8. “Thinking out of the box” mindset is required.
9. Setting up, configuring, and optimizing test management tools to streamline testing processes and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling QA activities for the Company’s projects
2. Creating test plans, test coverage plans, and other test documentation for company products, and coordinating them with the client
3. Maintaining, updating, and implementing improvements in QA documentation development
4. Monitoring project status and task progress
5. Identifying, analyzing, documenting, and agreeing on client requirements in collaboration with BA and PM
6. Creating and controlling the execution of acceptance criteria during QA department acceptance processes
7. Ensuring task deadlines are met
8. Participating in meetings, maintaining, approving agendas and performing necessary preparatory work
9. Providing clients and management with reports on task progress and overall project status, including conducting calls
10. Implementing and maintaining a culture of reliable software engineering
11. Implementing innovations and continuously improving best testing practices and related reporting
12. Close collaborating with the team (1-2-1 meetings, etc).
13. Encouraging and guiding the professional growth of QA team members.
