Lead Product Manager (CIS) abroad, remotely We are an iGaming company founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, more than 900 people work in our team. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands operating in Tier 1-3 Ukraine. We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to lead the CIS Product Managers team. Requirements: Casino product manager experience of at least 3 years, total experience 4+; Analytical abilities to understand the main casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LTV, Bonus Cost/Rate); A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI; Experience and understanding of UX/UI design; Excellent knowledge of the competitors' market (CIS); Launch of casino bonus policy; Experience in product management, including development of road maps, design management and successful project launches; Ability to generate reports, analyze and improve product metrics and form reporting; High communication and interpersonal skills for successful cooperation with the team and interested parties. Responsibilities: Managing a team of CIS Product Managers; Control of the creation of a promo calendar for projects; Analysis of the passability and popularity of all deposit payment methods; Control of all key product metrics; Analysis of the already working functionality, finalization of it, identification of successful cases for the launch of successful functionality flagship projects; Development of mockups, new products, for designers and developers; Compilation of the backlog of tasks by project.
