We are currently looking for a Lead of Analytics to take one of the analytics teams to the next level. Your future tasks:- Lead a large analytics team to achieve maximum value for business Build goals and zone strategy.— Develop n-1 to Middle/Senior level.— Finding potential growth opportunities for the business by analyzing data and turning it into valuable insights;— Build partnerships with other business leaders.— Hiring and team expansion.` — Automation of the analytics process and creation of dashboards for various stakeholders; The ideal candidate for us has: — Experience in the role of a manager; — Knowledge of mathematics and statistics; — Confident command of SQL, BI tools, Excel/Google Sheets; — Practice of implementing data-based solutions in business; — Skills of setting goals and their execution. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. As part of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
