Altamira service delivery teams currently span Slovakia, Ukraine, and the Middle East, and we have ambitions to expand our footprint to meet the growing demand across Europe and into our primary growth markets in the UK and the US.

Please note: Please note that this role requires a flexible schedule, which may include working out of regular working hours. The position also necessitates the ability to travel to Zagreb. We are initially looking for a commitment of at least 4 working hours per day.

About you:

  • At least 4 years’ quality control background.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Understanding of software developmental life cycles and methodologies.
  • English: upper intermediate level or higher.
  • Ukrainian: Fluent
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames.

You will work with:

  • Implements best practices and methods for product testing.
  • Develops technical visions, specifications, proposals, and other technical documentation.
  • Coordinates QA project activities with the customer in the assigned department or within a particular project.
  • Supervises several projects and provides ongoing support of QA staff.
  • Conducts the technical interviews.
  • Develops the presentations of the proposed technical solutions, approaches, and methodologies.
  • Performs the QA staff competence level evaluation.
  • Participates in a company QA competence group as a technical expert, conducts internal QA trainings and seminars, and creates training materials.
  • Develops knowledge libraries for company internal use.
  • Plans QA team resource load, performs status tracking and retain stuff in assigned projects.
  • Develops and constantly improves the standards for employee performance review related to the quality documentation.
  • Establishes criteria for process quality reviews.
  • Researches project areas which can be improved and suggests improvements.
  • Suggests areas for improvements in company internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Establishes policies and procedures that contribute to the efficiency.
  • Develops the QA frameworks.
  • Cooperates with clients, identifies their needs, and manages client requirements and expectations.
  • Provides peer review of documentation and suggests solid comments for improvements to the customer as well as to Altamira staff.
  • Provides risks identification and prediction: existing and possible that can impact QA work and customer.
  • Plans and participates in technical meetings.
  • Completes other assignments upon requests.
