Lead Mobile Developer (React Native) @ 7N in 7N

About the project

For our client, an international company from the medical industry, we are looking for a person for the position of Lead Mobile Developer with knowledge of React Native. The Potential Candidate will play a key role in providing the highest quality solutions in a project closely related to clinical trials. 

Hybrid work : 2-3 visits a week to the client's Warsaw office (Daszyńskiego Roundabout).

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Minimum 6 years of experience working with React Native
• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing applications for iOS/Android
• Proficient knowledge of React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js
< li> Hands-on experience in application development using React Native and Bluetooth
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with teams in a fully remote environment.
• Independence, innovation and attitude to work at a fast pace.
• Experience leading a development team
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and providing feedback on their ideas.
• Fluent knowledge of English
