We are looking for an experienced Lead QA engineer with 4 years of experience to join our MagicFuse team. We consider candidates from Lviv or Kyiv.RequirementsAt least 4 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of SDLC and STLC Strong knowledge and experience in different testing types and methods Experience with test management and bug reporting tools Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases Experience in test reporting Understanding of risk management Practical knowledge of REST services Knowledge of SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership and management capabilities Experience with SalesforceAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishResponsibilitiesLeading the QA team on the Salesforce project Developing and implementing QA standards and process Maintaining QA strategy Creating Test plans Creating Test documentation Participating in project planning and requirements analysis Conducting functional and performance testing Preparing test reports Providing guidance and mentorship to QA team membersAbout ProjectThe company researches and develops innovative cell therapies that revolutionize bone marrow transplants and provide a life-saving treatment platform for various diseases.
