Requirements for candidates for the position of Lead-manager at T.H.E.Capital Warsaw

• Experience as a Lead-manager or similar positions

• Proficiency in working with CRM systems

• Communication experience with different levels of management, in particular with Team Leaders and management

• Knowledge of Polish at B2+ level

Responsibilities:

- Even distribution of leads to brokers in the CRM system

-  Maintaining a daily report on successful deals

- Communication with Team Leaders of brokers
