Job Description:

Our international law firm is seeking a Lead Manager to join our team and handle inbound inquiries. If you are eager to grow professionally, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to learn, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with CRM systems: enter data, update statuses, and manage information.

• Perform initial lead screening and lead qualification: identify needs and prepare potential clients for handoff to lawyers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at C1+ (both spoken and written).

• Native Spanish speaker or at least solid B2 level of Spanish is required.

• Ability to work with information and data management systems (CRM).

• Experience in legal sphere or understanding legal basics is a plus.

• Ability to work in the Eastern Time (ET) zone.
