We are looking for a Lead Processing and Lead Qualification Manager to work with incoming customer inquiries. The role involves initial communication with potential customers, working in the CRM system and transferring qualified leads to sales managers.
Responsibilities
Working with the CRM system: initial communication with leads, entering and updating information, changing the status of leads
Initial qualification of leads in accordance with established criteria
Selecting quality leads and passing them on to sales managers
Ensuring timely responses to inquiries and performing follow-ups
Monitoring the timely processing of all incoming requests
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
Knowledge of a second language will be an advantage (Spanish / Russian / Chinese / Arabic)
Ability to work with several incoming requests at the same time
Confident command of CRM systems
Attention to details and stability in communication
Experience in customer support or call center will be an advantage
Willingness to work in the Eastern Time (ET) time zone 6-8 hours a day with a rotating schedule (first / second half of the day)
