Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an ambitious Lead Generator (B2B Lead Generator) who will become part of our teams This role is ideal for someone who knows how to find new opportunities, has strong communication skills and is results-oriented.

What you need to do:

• Search and processing of potential customers (leads) in the B2B segment according to the profile of the potential customer.
• Establishing the first contact and creating targeted chats with potential customers (LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Cooperation with other team members to optimize the process of attracting new customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Lead Generation Specialist from 1 year.
• High level of communication skills, sense of responsibility, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly.
• Practical skills of finding and establishing contacts in the marketing account.
• Skills work with tools: Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Facebook, Email senders (lemlist, reply, etc.).

• Rate: UAH 10,000 for the first 1-2 months of work (provided processing 400 or more leads per month).
• Bonuses : UAH 400 for each targeted chat.
• Additional bonuses: 3% of the deal.

• Working schedule: Five-day working week: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (not we have a habit of being late).
