Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generator Team Lead who will be responsible for the lead generation stream. This starts with the general strategy of lead generation and ends with the hands-on execution of collection. Finding the most optimal ways, channels, and methods of lead gen based on the desirable input criteria from the sales team. This role combines a strategic approach and day-to-day operations with actual lead generation activities, including coordination of a small team of 2 people.
Key Responsibilities
Suggest, test and define the most appropriate tools, channels and sources for lead generation. New ideas testing and validation.
Analyse, suggest and define the most optimal workflow of the lead generation sequence of actions.
Analyse and suggest possible improvements and management approach of the existing leads database
Lead a small team of lead generators, track their performance, and define the approach and methods of their work.
Research of leads contacts (emails) across different channels, systems, and sources based on the inputs and requirements from the sales team
Checking contact details' validity using predefined tools and actions
Adding leads details to internal storage databases
Required Skills and Experience
Must have:
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Experience in lead gen 3+ years
Good practical knowledge of lead gen systems and tools, e.g. Apollo, Hunter, Snovio, LinkedHelper, etc.
Understanding and experience with LinkedIn lead gen methods.
Ability to analyse potential innovations, test them and select new tools and methods.
Logical mindset, analytical thinking
PC/Internet confident user – internet, searches, websites.
Excel – basic formulas, tables, data analysis
You are not afraid of/bored with regular, similar activities
Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
Nice to have:
Understanding and experience of email validation methods and tools
Understanding and experience with SMM lead gen methods.
Understanding of email outreach, deliverability
Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
Ability to use AI to improve the efficiency of work

Working type - purely remote from any country
Employment type - via FOP, contract. Salary in USD - direct monthly transfers from swiss company to your account.
Vacation - 20 working days/year
Sick leaves - 15 days/year
