About me, the team and the principle of work

My name is Dmytro, I am the Founder of the RISECO agency. We develop digital products: we create websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms and interfaces for startups, product companies, agencies and private clients.

We find projects ourselves or clients come to us directly. But my goal is to make the flow of projects stable and predictable, so I want to systematize and delegate the process of finding new opportunities to someone who will do it more efficiently and regularly.

For this we useUpwork is a platform where customers publish projects and specialists submit applications and offer their services.

Searching and selecting projects on Upwork takes a lot of time, because each request requires an individual approach: you need to find a quality project, prepare a unique Cover Letter, which will hook the customer, and further - to bring the communication to a potential deal.

The main difficulty of this role is selection of the right projects + strong feedback + creating interest from the client so that we have "leads" - potential customers with whom I will continue selling and closing deals.

This is why I want to find someone to help us with this process: find projects, respond to them and generate leads.

As a result, I delegate you 2 hours a day for searching and generating leads - and my team and I will be able to focus on the implementation of projects, which we always have a lot of.

I think the principle is clear. Everything related to Upwork: how to work there, how to distinguish strong projects from weak ones, how to respond correctly - I will explain and provide materials during the trial period.

Main duties

Lead generation on Upwork

• search for relevant projects every day in the design niche;

• analyze projects and select forand the best opportunities;

• prepare and send feedback (proposals) according to agreed approaches;

• maintain order in the feedback list: what was sent, where, when, what the result was.

Communication and process control

• be in touch in working chats;

• promptly report promising projects and customer responses;

• record results and improve the approach based on feedback.

Requirements

• Ambitions and motivation: result-oriented and desire to grow.

• English: confident writing and understanding of incoming requests (level sufficient for work on Upwork).

• Independence: ability to work autonomously, take initiative and be responsible solutions.

• Willingness to learn: quickly learn the rules of working with Upwork, approaches to selecting projects and writing reviews.

• Ability to admit mistakes and correct themselves: adequacy and development are more important than "ideal".

• Availability of laptop/PC, Telegram, Brave browser.

Working conditions

• schedule: Monday - Friday, up to 3 hours per day (flexible);

• work format: remote, communication via Telegram;

• clear rules and support at the start (including training during trial period).
