We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with a desire to actively learn and try new approaches.
The person will help the team grow our presence and client base on Upwork. This role is perfect for someone who’s just starting out but already understands how to spot opportunities, write clear proposals, and support the sales team with a steady flow of qualified leads.
We are looking for a Do-er and an A-player to help us fill in the entry of our sales funnel. If you love to build relationships, have strong empathy, and know how software solutions work, this is your go-to opportunity.
Interview stages:

Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in outbound lead generation (Upwork) and best practices;
- Good knowledge of the software development process;
- Upper-Intermediate English (written) or higher;
- Result-oriented, creative, proactive, and ambitious person;
- Self-starter with strong self-organizational and time management skills.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of outsourcing IT sector;
- Experience with LinkedIn cold outreach;
- Experience with lead generation tools (Reply, etc) and CRMs (Pipedrive).
Responsibilities:
- Regularly update and keep up-to-date profiles;
- Run lead generation campaigns on various platforms (Upwork, and etc);
- Prepare a text proposal for the job on Upwork and respond to the proposals;
- Find decision-makers and their contact details;
- Create sequences of outreach messages;
- Identify customer needs and address the solutions;
- Weekly reports on the progress;
- Keeping the CRM up-to-date.
