Currently, we have 160,000 users worldwide who joined our platform organically. We are now seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to participate in building our sales department for the US market.

 

About the role:

- Develop and establish SDR processes from scratch
- Implement various tools to maximize SDR process automation
- Create a lead evaluation system
- Creating drip campaigns and follow-up sequences for LinkedIn and email marketing
- Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates and sales funnel efficiency
- Perform cold outreach
- Utilize HubSpot for sales operations

 

Expected Results:

- Successfully bring 30 leads to the call stage with a manager

 

About you:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position  for a technology company (SaaS)
- Proven experience in building SDR processes from the ground up
- Extensive experience with various automation tools
- Excellent skills in LinkedIn operations and conducting email campaigns
- Proficiency in using HubSpot
- English proficiency at a professional level
