Now, we’re looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our sales pipeline.Job SummaryAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, managing outreach campaigns, and working closely with the sales and SDR team to hand off warm leads. You’ll use a mix of research, automation tools, email, LinkedIn, and creative strategies to engage prospects across various industries.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients that could benefit from outsourcing or virtual staffing.Build and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery questions and data validation.Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and similar platforms for prospecting.Create and maintain lead lists and manage outreach sequences in CRM tools.Collaborate with SDRs and the sales team to ensure leads are properly followed up and nurtured.Track and report on lead generation metrics, suggesting optimizations to improve conversion rates.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound marketing, or sales development.Strong communication and written English skills.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, or similar).Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, ZoomInfo, etc.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.Tech-savvy, curious, and always looking for new ways to improve lead acquisition.Nice to HaveExperience in B2B sales, B2C sales or SaaSPrevious remote work experience.Knowledge of cold outreach best practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).What We Offer100% remote work with flexible hours.Performance-based bonuses.Ongoing training in AI, automation, and outbound strategies.Opportunity to grow with a global team disrupting traditional hiring models.
