How exactly can you influence development companies:

Inbound direction:

• distribute incoming leads between Sales and BizDev managers according to segmentation rules

• check the quality of incoming leads before handing them over to work

• validate contact data and business relevance

• control data quality in CRM (NetHunt): filling in mandatory fields, correctness of statuses, specifying lead sources, eliminating duplicates

• control CRM hygiene inbound funnels

• work with the existing contact base: reactivation, prospecting, data updating

Outbound direction:

• generate 500-700 valid leads monthly

• conduct manual and automated research (Google Maps, directories, open sources)

• form and segment bases: HoReCa, Food retail and Non-food retail

• initially qualify leads and validation calls

• discover local networks and build structured databases

• upload leads to CRM and distribute them between managers

• analyze and eliminate duplicates in the Sales and BizDev funnel

• participate in building automation of the lead generation process

Challenges for three months: 

• full integration into the commercial team and mastering the processes of working with inbound and outbound leads

• output to a stable volume of 400+ leads at the end of the third month of work

• ensuring CRM hygiene standards: ?90% relevance of contact data, no duplicates, correct maintenance of statuses and next steps

• independent management of inbound and outbound flows of leads without the operational support of a manager

• preparation and presentation of proposals for optimization or automation of the lead generation process

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Lead Research / Sales Operations / CRM Data Management

• practical experience with CRM systems (NetHunt will be an advantage)

• experience in manual B2B research and lead database formation

• experience in validating contact data and working with database quality

• understanding the logic of the B2B sales funnel and the role of the lead in sales

• experience working with large data sets (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, SQL)

• customer base segmentation skills

• experience in pre-qualifying leads or validation calls

• basic understanding of research automation or willingness to learn it quickly
