About the company

We are an American home appliance repair service company operating in the state of Florida.

Our goal is fast, quality service and a stable flow of customers.

Due to growth, we are looking for a specialist in generating leads and registering customers for repairs to work with the US market.

Responsibilities

• Finding potential customers who need home appliance repair (US market)

• Generating leads via:

• Facebook (local groups)

• Nextdoor

 • online sites and local catalogs

• Communication with customers in English (chat / messages / calls)

• Identification of customer needs and appointment for repairs

• Entering data into the calendar and accounting system

• Monitoring the status of applications (recorded / completed)

Requirements

Mandatory:

• English - B2+ (spoken)

• Experience in the field:

• lead generation

• appointment setting

• sales or cold outreach

• Skills work for the result

• Self-organization and responsibility

Will be a plus:

• Experience with the US market

• Experience in the field of service services / home services

• Understanding the specifics of American customers

Who we are not looking for

• PPC / Google Ads specialists

• SMM managers without sales experience

• Candidates without spoken English

• Those who use spam or "gray" methods
