Required knowledge and skills: —Atleast 1year ofexperience insales/research/lead generation inthe B2B market intheIT sector; —Atleast 1year ofexperience inasimilar position; —Minimum 1year ofexperience inIT lead generation; —Experience with email/LinkedIn advertising campaigns; —Excellent communication skills; —Experience with CRM (Hubspot, etc.) and cold automation tools; —Upper-intermediate inspoken and written English (B2+); —Organized and goal-oriented individual. Main responsibilities: —Generating business leads primarily through outbound channels; —Engaging and converting potential clients into leads; —Building effective communication with potential clients through social networks (LinkedIn, email); —Searching and analyzing information about potential orexisting clients and markets; —Active participation inidentifying new markets and directions; —Determining the ideal balance between client needs and company expertise; —Working with cold outreach automation tools; —Daily work with CRM; —Fundamental research ofcompanies and contacts intarget markets and target companies. —Scheduling meetings with the Sales Team Will beaplus: —Skills increating and sending various types ofcontent; —Skills indata selection and analysis; —Previous experience inanoutsourcing/staffing company.
