We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will work primarily with LinkedIn and Email channels. As a lead generator, you’ll help us generate qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a leads database through various channels like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, based on ICP.
  • Develop outreach lead generation strategies to identify and engage with cold leads via LinkedIn and Email.
  • Prepare sales approaches and outbound sequences for reaching prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Conduct preliminary conversations to qualify leads and book meetings.
  • Regularly update CRM and keep track of your conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT lead generation.
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level (fluent verbal and written communication).
  • Experience with Sales automation tools ( Reply.io , Snov.io , Lemlist, or similar), Email Campaign tools (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar), and LinkedIn automation tools (Phantom Buster, Expandi, or similar).
  • Experience with scrapping data from different sources and building lead lists using automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Zoho, or HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, web development principles, frameworks, and popular CMS
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Spreadsheet, Docs).

Would be a BIG plus:

  • Understanding of the social selling principles on Linkedin.
