Lead Generation Specialist in UTB Recruitment Agency

We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will become an important part of our growth, a person who forms the first contact and fills the funnel of potential customers.

The main tasks of the role:

• Searching for potential customers according to the agency's ICP
• Working with professional search tools. 
• Creating and updating lead lists.
• Preparation of initial outreach.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in lead generation / sales research / sourcing in recruiting agency from 0.5 years
• Fluent in contact and information search tools.
• Knows how to work with ICP and look for companies for cooperation.
• Systematic, attentive to details, organized.
• Independent in work and responsible in communication.
• Strives for professional growth and is ready to work with an agency oriented for a long-term result.
