Specialist in lead generation in LeadWise

Now we are lookingLead Generation Specialist (Part-time, 20 h/week), who will strengthen our team and work on building a system outbound process

Main tasks:

• Search and select the target audience under ICP">font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> validation of contacts (email/LinkedIn), basic data quality check ??

• Writing/adaptation of outreach messages (LinkedIn + email) for segments ?Personalization of the first contact"> none">Management of limits, statuses, responses

• Results management in tables/CRMs

• Testing hypotheses (messages, offers) and improving them ??>
  
  

• Experience in lead generation / SDR / recruiting research / outbound (will be a plus, but not always must)

• English - confident writing and reading (minimum B1+, preferably B2)

• Attention to details (name, position, company, context - no files)

• Ability to work systematically: tables, statuses, deadlines, repetitive processes

• Willingness to learn and grow quickly in outbound/lead gen
  
  

It will be a plus:

• Experience with Apollo.io / Lemlist / Instantly / HubSpot / Pipedrive (or similar)

• Understanding ICP, pain points, value proposition

• Experience with A/B testing messages
