We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generator to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about prospecting and supporting the growth of our IT outsourcing and outstaffing services.
Tasks:
- Research and identify B2B prospects in target markets (eg US, EU, UK).
- Build a high quality lead list via LinkedIn, databases and others tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and pass them on for further work.
- Keep track of leads in CRM.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for finding leads.
Desired experience:
- 0.5+ years of experience in a lead generation, sales or similar role in the IT industry.
- Understanding of IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing).
- Strong skills with LinkedIn, Google and others research tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking and consistency in routine tasks.
- Level English - written Upper-intermediate
