For our second project, Icon Finance, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our partner network and attract new clients. This role involves research, data collection, and testing tools to enhance the efficiency of working with potential partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and gather information on potential partners and clients (companies and decision-makers);
  • Develop a contact database, increase lead flow, and expand the partner network;
  • Analyze and improve lead generation tools and channels;
  • Transfer qualified leads to managers for further processing;
  • Optimize lead generation processes and test new tools and approaches.

Expected Outcomes

  • Expansion of the database of potential partners and clients;
  • Fast and high-quality processing of information about companies and decision-makers;
  • Identification and transfer of only the most relevant leads to the sales team;
  • Effective use and automation of search tools;
  • Preparation of reports on the quantity and quality of generated leads.

Primary Duties

  • Utilize various tools to find contacts:
    • LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google/Google Maps, ChatGPT, Telegram, WhatsApp;
    • Business clubs, private groups, forums, Telegram chats;
    • Specialized databases and services;
  • Identify potential clients and partners from event and webinar participants;
  • Segment the database based on different criteria (industry, region, etc.);
  • Update data in CRM/Google Sheets;
  • Conduct initial analysis and qualification of leads;
  • Collaborate with senior managers to improve lead generation strategy;
  • Explore new tools and methodologies for data collection;
  • Achieve performance targets (KPIs).
