KeyPerson is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our client base. As a recruitment agency connecting businesses with experienced IT and C-level professionals worldwide, we specialize in delivering exceptional recruitment services. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential clients (IT companies, startups, and related industries).
  2. Build and manage a database of leads using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
  3. Plan and implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly targets.
  4. Manage and develop corporate accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  5. Create and publish engaging content for social media channels.
  6. Maintain brand activity and recognition in the digital space.
  7. Track and report lead generation metrics weekly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience in creating and managing social media content.
  • Excellent written communication skills (English and Ukrainian is a must).
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
