A small team of 5 people (4 salespeople, 1 account manager and a department head).
The main goal of our department, and therefore the team, is to attract new customers, retain existing ones and, accordingly, ensure positive dynamics of the project's profit. 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of the database of potential customers, compliance with established standards
  • Generation of "warm" deals (deals with an identified need) according to the ideal customer portrait (ICP) of the sales department
  • Search and generation of leads (search for companies, gathering information for further processing by the sales manager)
  • Finding Decision Maker contacts (DMPs) as requested by the sales team
  • Advising incoming orders
  • Sales to non-department target companies of sales

Working time distribution:

  • 70% – work with databases of potential customers
  • 30% – own search for companies and OPR contacts.
